§ Mr. DUKEThe consultations which have taken place heretofore have been with regard to the general question of the best means of rendering the National Service scheme beneficial in Ireland. The mode and details of operation will be 1263 discussed with all interests which are affected. I hope to be able to answer as to the Director and his duties on an early day.
