§ Mr. MACPHERSONThe Report has been received and is now under the consideration of the Council. There does not appear to be any objection to the document being laid on the Table of the House, but I would prefer not to pledge myself at the moment to the date when this can be-done.
§ Mr. MacVEAGHCan the hon. Gentleman explain the cause of the delay in laying it on the Table?
§ Mr. MACPHERSONWe have only just received it, and it is at present being considered by the Army Council. Until they have considered it I cannot lay it on the Table.
