HC Deb 06 March 1917 vol 91 c215
53. Mr. MacVEAGH

asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether the monthly statement issued by the Stationery Office does not give particulars or even names of a tithe of the Committees set up in connection with the War; whether this monthly statement, in addition to being quite inadequate, is of a size which does not admit of handy reference; and whether the Treasury will issue a handbook for the convenience of Members of Parliament, Government Departments, and others, giving the names of all the Ministers, sub-Ministers, the Departments and Committees set up, their functions, the names of their members, the official address, and the names of the secretaries?

Mr. BONAR LAW

I will inquire whether it is possible to meet the hon. Member's wishes, and I will inform him of the result of my inquiries.
