Questions relating to the food allowances for inmates of lunatic asylums should be addressed to the Home Office.
Mr. MacCALLUM SCOTTDoes that mean that the Government have adopted a system of rations for these institutions which are under their control, whilst they refuse to adopt it for the country as a whole?
