§ The SECRETARY for SCOTLAND (Mr. Munro)Seven hundred and seventy-one school boards in Scotland have decided to pay war bonuses to teachers during the current year. Of the remaining 176 boards a considerable number have the 1946 matter still under consideration. I regret that there is no information in my possession or readily obtainable which would enable me to give an accurate answer to the latter part of the question.
