HC Deb 19 June 1917 vol 94 cc1592-3
76. Mr. R. GWYNNE

asked the Secretary to the Local Government Board whether he can arrange for the decisions of the Central Tribunal to be published from time to time for the guidance of local tribunals?

The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD (Mr. Hayes Fisher)

Decisions of the Central Tribunal on questions of principle or in other cases in which the decisions are likely to be helpful to tribunals are circulated from time to time. The last set of decisions was circulated yesterday.

Mr. GWYNNE

Will the right hon. Gentleman see that the decisions are brought to the notice of the tribunals?

Mr. FISHER

That will depend on the value of the decision.

Mr. PRINGLE

Are these decisions brought up to date and earlier decisions which have been reversed over-ruled?
