asked the Secretary for Scotland if he has received the Report of the proceedings of the trial in the Central Police Court, Glasgow, in connection with the attempted mobbing of a private delegate meeting held in Charing Cross Hall, Glasgow, on 14th April last; and whether, in view of the verdict of the stipendiary and the comments upon the prosecution, a full inquiry into all the circumstances will be instituted?

My attention has been drawn to the case referred to. I am making inquiry into the circumstances, and I shall communicate the result to the hon. Member.
