HC Deb 13 June 1917 vol 94 cc1095-6

Whereupon Mr. SPEAKER, pursuant to the Order of the House of the 12th February, proposed the Question, "That this House do now Adjourn."

Mr. GULLAND

May I ask the right hon. Gentleman the Leader of the House whether he has any further information to give about the air raid?

Mr. BONAR LAW

The only information which I have to give is that the number killed is estimated at between 80 and 90 and the number injured at 400. I may add that, though I hear rumours of a certain number of aeroplanes having been brought down, I an find no official confirmation of any beyond the one I mentioned in the afternoon. It is hoped that a more detailed statement may be issued as a Press communique late to-night.
