asked the Chancellor of the Exchequer whether if a child is left £100 or less contingently on its arriving at twenty-one years of age Income Tax has to be paid during all the years up to twenty-one at the rate of 5s. in the £, and is not repayable unless the income is spent on the child for education and maintenance during every year till it is twenty-one?
