asked the Under-Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether the question of appointing new French and British Ambassadors in Petrograd has been considered by the Allies?

A new French Ambassador has recently been appointed to Petrograd. His Majesty's Government do not propose to make any similar change in regard to His Majesty's Embassy in Russia.
