HC Deb 04 July 1917 vol 95 cc1104-5

The following question stood on the Paper in the name of Mr. KEATING:

69. To ask the Prime Minister if he is aware that the method of dealing with the whole question of the establishment of a receiving depot and pattern room in Ire land is unsatisfactory to Irish manufacturers and all interested in the question; and will he obtain a Report from the officer, Major Downie, whom he appointed, when he was Minister of Munitions, to co-operate with the All-Ireland Committee in connection with munitions.

Mr. KEATING

I have been asked to postpone this question, but in view of the importance of the matter, I would like to know when I may expect to receive an answer.

Mr. BONAR LAW

This is a question which I personally cannot answer, and the Department desire some time.
