HC Deb 04 July 1917 vol 95 c1104
66. Mr. PALMER

asked the Prime Minister whether the War Cabinet have made any arrangements with the American and other Allied Governments to establish a joint naval war council to co-ordinate the work of the Allied naval forces?

Mr. BONAR LAW

I do not think that the method suggested in the question is practicable, but every effort is being made to secure the largest possible amount of co-ordination in the use of the Allied naval forces.
