asked the Prime Minister whether he will give facilities for discussing the Motion standing in the name of the hon. Member for West Belfast with reference to the recent retrictions imposed upon the liquor trade in Ireland?

Mr. BONAR LAW

I fear that in the pressure of public business it will not be practicable to grant facilities for this Motion, but this subject can be raised on the Irish Estimates.

Mr. DEVLIN

When will the Irish Estimates be put down?

Mr. BONAR LAW

I will do my best to arrange to suit the convenience of the Irish Members of the House.
