Captain BURGOYNEasked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs if any thing has been done since 3rd August, 1914, which has affected, or now affects, or may in the future affect the rights of Great Britain and Ireland within the waters or any part or parts of the waters which lie between any geographical point in the United Kingdom and any geographical point in Norway in respect to absolute or conditional contraband goods of or in respect of the Narvik or any enemy or neutral ship or ships; and, if so, what was it, when, why, and by whom was it done?
