asked the Secretary of State for Foreign Affairs whether he can give particulars of the French Government prohibition of import into France of British cotton goods?

I understand that full details with regard to the recent import prohibitions imposed by the French Government will be published in next week's issue of the "Board of Trade Journal." Meanwhile any information on the subject which is required can be obtained on application to the Board of Trade.
