§ Mr. STANLEY BALDWIN (Lord of the Treasury)I am informed that a cheque in payment of the amount due has already been forwarded to the clerk of the committee. The payment was authorised as soon as the accounts, which were not forwarded by the clerk until a somewhat late date, had been checked.
