HC Deb 17 October 1916 vol 86 c354
36. Mr. WATT

asked whether the time-expired soldiers who voluntarily offered themselves for re-enlistment before the passing of the Military Service (No. 2) Act have been granted no badge of recognition for so doing, while soldiers similarly situated after the passing of that Act, and who were under it forcibly enlisted, have been given badges; and, if so, on what ground this distinction is made?

Mr. FORSTER

I am afraid I do not understand to what badges the hon. Member refers.
