asked the Secretary for War if he can inform the House of the exact use which is being made, and which is contemplated, in the future of men passed for service in Class C 3?

Mr. FORSTER

These men when they are taken are used for sedentary work at home, which is almost entirely clerical. A few have been utilised on special work, such as driving of engines or care of electric lights.
