asked whether a man who has been given his 135 discharge in this country from the Canadian Army is liable to be called up for further military service in the British Army, while men who returned to Canada to take their discharge there are considered to be exempt from further military service?

It is not intended to call up for service with the British Army a man who is in possession of a discharge certificate from the Canadian military authorities on the ground of ill-health or disablement from the Canadian forces.
