§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the TREASURY (Mr. McKinnon Wood)Some applications have been received and the Treasury have given authority to registrars and high bailiffs in certain instances to enable such officers to pay their clerks and bailiffs in receipt of not more than £3 a week an increase of salary in the nature of a war bonus.
