Singho met his 1701 death after the Ceylon riots had ceased; whether the death was certified as homicide; whether he is satisfied that before being shot Singho was properly tried and condemned by a regularly constituted Court; and, if not, whether he will request the Governor of Ceylon to cause a full inquiry to. be made into this case and lay the Report upon the Table of the House?
