asked if a man who joined the Royal Field Artillery (Territorial Force) in March, 1911, for four years, signed for Foreign service in September, 1914, was sent to the front in April, 1915, and took his discharge as a time-expired soldier in March, 1916, will be entitled to the bounty of £15 as promised to Territorials, short service men, and men in the Special Reserve?

If this man is recalled to the Service under the Military Service Act he will be entitled to a Bounty of £15 on rejoining for duty.
