§ The PARLIAMENTARY SECRETARY to the LOCAL GOVERNMENT BOARD (Mr. Hayes Fisher)The revised Regulations will, I hope, be made to-morrow and will be issued immediately.

§ Sir R. ADKINSMay I ask whether, pending the issue of these Regulations, the tribunals would do well to postpone the decisions on these cases?
