Colonel YATEasked the Under-Secretary for War whether Territorials who re-engage voluntarily or who have to continue in the Service under the Military Service Act are entitled to the bounty of £15; and whether Territorials who reengaged since the commencement of the War but before the passing of the Military Service Act are also entitled to draw this bounty?
