asked if much of the rebel ammunition seized in Dublin consisted of cartridges loaded with soft-nosed expanding bullets, and if the use of these bullets is contrary to the Geneva Convention?

A considerable quantity of flat-nosed bullets has been found in the ammunition seized in Dublin from the rebels.
