asked the Prime Minister whether he is aware that numbers of the relatives of persons arrested in connection with the disturbances in Ireland have written to the military authorities in Dublin asking to be put in communication with their relatives who are prisoners and have been unable to obtain any satisfactory replies; and whether he will see that facilities are afforded immediately for communication between prisoners and their relatives?
