HC Deb 09 May 1916 vol 82 cc437-8
11. Sir R. PRICE

asked the Under-Secretary for War whether a soldier on entering hospital at home has 7d. deducted from his pay of 1s. per day; whether a further reduction of 6d. a day is made for his wife's separation allowance, so that he is left with a deficit of 1d. a day so long as he remains in hospital?

Mr. FORSTER

I would refer my hon. Friend to the answer which I gave on this subject to my hon. Friend the Member for Devonport on the 7th March last.
