§ Mr. TENNANTYes, Sir. The Artists' Rifles is now closed, as that unit is considerably over the required establishment. Young men of eighteen to eighteen and a half years of age, who have belonged to junior contingents of the Officers' Training Corps, are eligible to join senior contingents of the Officers' Training Corps at any of the recognised universities, and can there continue their training.
