Mr. PETOasked the Prime Minister whether he will consider the advisability of moving to alter the Standing Orders of the House in order to allow of the suspension of the Sittings of the House for such period as may be necessary to allow Ministers to attend Cabinet Councils in cases of emergency during the continuance of the War, and in other cases where the Government consider it in the national interest to move the suspension of the sitting?
