§ Mr. ACLANDI am sending the hon. and gallant Member a marked copy of the Proclamation of the 10th May, from which he will see as regards each by-product whether its export is totally prohibited or allowed to British possessions or Allied countries. The details are too long to give in an answer. Licences to export to prohibited destinations may be given, but this is done only in very exceptional cases.
