§ The PRIME MINISTERI am afraid I cannot yet make a statement on this matter, but it is engaging the attention of the Cabinet. I hope to announce the decision of the Cabinet in the course of a few days, and will then, if it is desired, give an early opportunity for the discussion of the matter.
