Baronet is aware, a formal Court of Inquiry has already been held by the naval authorities into all the circumstances attending the loss of His Majesty's ship "Hampshire," and the conclusion has been repeatedly stated to the House. It is not proposed to hold any further inquiry.
§ Sir R. COOPERI beg to give notice-that I will raise this matter on the Adjournment of the House to-morrow evening.
