§ Mr. HOGGEHas the right hon. Gentleman not noticed that the President of the Board of Education stated to the Trades Congress that he would communicate to them a Cabinet secret that Lord Kitchener wanted 1,500,000 men in 1916; and does he not think that if these facts exist they should not be given in the first place to the House of Commons?
§ The PRIME MINISTERI should like notice of that question. I do not really know to what my hon. Friend refers.
