asked the Prime Minister whether, to further coordinate and equalise the concerted effort which has been lately resolved on by the Allies. Powers for the future prosecution of the War, he will cause immediate inquiry to be made as to the trades and industries among our several Allies occupation in which exempts the individual from military service; and if he will deal especially with the exemptions in the case of the industry of agriculture and compare any such exemptions with those set out in List C in "Notes on the Administration of the Group System" and dealing with the exemptions allowed to persons engaged in British agriculture?
