§ Mr. CHAMBERLAINI have no figures later than those published in the communiqué of the Government of India dated 13th August last. It was then announced that the Government of India, with the approval of the Secretary of State, had decided to adopt a general policy of repatriating all German and Austrian women and children and men of non-military age who were not interned as prisoners of war at Ahmednagar. The figures there given are therefore no longer correct.
