§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the WAR OFFICE (Mr. FORSTER)The Longford Rifle Range was used from December, 1914, to April, 1915. No turf operations take place in this period, the turf season being from May to September. After full investigation, it appears that the turbary tenants suffered no loss whatever. The only persons who suffered at all were Messrs. Halligan and Fee, both of whose claims have been settled.
§ Mr. FARRELLIf this had been the case of a Tory landlord, would the same decision have been given?
