§ Mr. HOHLERDoes not the right hon. Gentleman think this is a special class of case, and that in this particular special class of case the men should have particular consideration?
§ Dr. MACNAMARAI quite recognise that, and I am quite sure that in special cases such as these the commanding officer will give the leave, if it is possible to do so.
