HC Deb 12 October 1915 vol 74 cc1196-7
Mr. SHERWELL

The hon. Member (Mr. Ginnell) has already asked eight questions.

Mr. GINNELL

On a point of Order. These successive questions are not put down by me, but by the clerks for the convenience of the House.

Mr. SPEAKER

The hon. Member is always ready to meet the convenience of the House. On this occasion what has happened is that these questions were put down for days which were swallowed up in the short Adjournment which we had. Therefore they have naturally come on for the first day after the Adjournment. They are more in number than the proper number—eight. Those that exceed the number, eight, will stand over to another day.

Mr. GINNELL

I beg to postpone them until to-morrow.
