§ The PRIME MINISTERThe War Committee of the Cabinet has varied in numbers and composition from time to time. It consists at present of eleven or twelve Members of the Cabinet. It gives careful and continuous consideration to the conduct of the War, subject to the ultimate responsibility of the Cabinet.
§ 46. Sir E. CORNWALLasked whether the new Cabinet War Committee will issue a weekly or bi-weekly statement of the progress of the War in all its important aspects, so that the public may have the regular and authoritative information which they so much desire?
