§ 24. Mr. KINGasked the Secretary to the Treasury whether he can arrange for a cheaper edition of the Report of the Committee on German Atrocities so that it may have the widest possible circulation?
§ 47. Mr. RONALD McNEILLasked the Prime Minister if he would take steps to have the Report of Lord Bryce's Commission on German Outrages printed in a cheap and popular form, but without omissions, for general circulation?
§ Mr. McKENNAA convenient octavo edition of the Report has already been published at the price of threepence, and arrangements have been made for the issue in a few days' time of a penny edition. The Appendix of Evidence is being reprinted in octavo form, and will, I hope, be ready on Thursday at the price of sixpence.
§ Mr. W. THORNE. Will the Home Secretary make arrangements so that these Reports can be sold in the streets by ordinary street hawkers, in the same way as the other reports?

§ Mr. HOUSTONCannot the right hon. Gentleman issue the appendix at a much cheaper price than 6d.?
§ Mr. McKENNAI am not sure that there would be an equally large sale for the appendix. I will consult further on the point, but I am advised that 6d. is the minimum.
§ Sir J. JARDINEWill any arrangements be made for the translation of the Report into the different languages of Europe and into those of India?
§ Mr. McKENNAYes, arrangements have already been made.
§ Mr. McNEILLDoes not the right hon. Gentleman consider that the appendix for popular consumption is much more important that the other part of the Report?
§ Mr. McKENNAI will take that into consideration.
§ Sir A. MARKHAMWill the right hon. Gentleman allow Members of Parliament to have copies to circulate among their constituents who may write to them for copies?
§ Mr. McKENNAAt the published price, of course. I will go farther into the question whether the appendix should be issued at a cheaper rate.
