§ Mr. TENNANTArrangements have been in existence for many years whereby a soldier who has, while serving, lost a 1267 limb in consequence of disease or injury is provided with an artificial limb at the public expense. The Commissioners of the Royal Hospital, Chelsea, arrange for the supply of artificial limbs to such soldiers.
§ Sir J. D. REESIs there not a private agency auxiliary to this now established, and is the War Office giving assistance to that?
§ Mr. TENNANTI have no knowledge of that, but I should think it more than probable.
§ Colonel YATEIs this extended to officers?
