§ The LORD ADVOCATE (Mr. R. Munro)The answer to the first part of the hon. Baronet's question is in the affirmative. The question of applying the Act to Scotland was carefully considered, and the decision not to do so was reached in view of the differences between English and Scots law relating to trusts, and of the absence of any demand for such legislation in Scotland.
