§ The SECRETARY of STATE for the COLONIES (Mr. Harcourt)I cannot add anything at present to the information which has already been given in the Press and by the Secretary of State for India in another place, but I am expecting a full Report from the Governor, and on its arrival I will consider what further information can be made public.
