asked the Postmaster-General if he is aware that the Great Northern Railway Company has decided to restore the 4.40 train from Armagh to Belfast; and if he will arrange for the later dispatch of the English mail from Armagh by this train as heretofore?

Yes, Sir, the English mail will be dispatched by the 4.40 train from Armagh on and after the 1st of next month.
