§ Lord ROBERT CECILWith regard to the first part of the question, I would refer the hon. Member to the reply given him by the Under-Secretary of State for War on the 15th of April last. With regard to the second part of the question, an exchange both of sanitary personnel and of incapacitated prisoners of war has just been finally arranged with the German Government through the United States Embassies at Berlin and in London, and will be carried out early next week.
