§ The FINANCIAL SECRETARY to the WAR OFFICE (Mr. Forster)Arrangements have been made for the issue of special cheap tickets to workmen engaged on the night shifts at Woolwich Arsenal from stations at which workmen's tickets are ordinarily available during restricted hours. These arrangements will be notified to all concerned at an early date.
