§ Sir J. SIMONThe Prime Minister has asked me to reply to this question. I would refer the hon. Member to the Report of the Departmental Committee on conditions prevailing in the coal-mining industry due to the War, which was presented to Parliament the other day, and especially to paragraph 6 of the Summary of Conclusions. Action under this recommendation is being considered.
