§ Mr. TENNANTThe height of Achi Baba as indicated by the contours on the one-inch to one-mile War Office map of the Gallipoli Peninsula is something over 700 feet. The figure 591 on. the same map is not the highest point. The exact height of the highest point is not known, but the War Office map is believed to be substantially correct in this respect.
