§ The SECRETARY of STATE for INDIA (Mr. Chamberlain)The Criminal Intelligence Department of the Government of India, working in connection with the police departments of Provincial Governments, absorbed and represents the old Thagi and Dakaiti Department. I am not aware that any further special organisation is contemplated.
