§ Mr. ACLANDThe volume contains, not only the Acts, but certain tables and other information which are compiled by officials of the House of Lords, and the delay is attributable to the heavy depletion of the staff at the House of Lords owing to the War. It is anticipated that the volume will be published about the 27th instant.
